RETURN POLICY

Please email me of your intent to return an item and the reason for the return.

PERSONALIZED items are NOT refundable.

Refunds will be made provided that the item has not been worn, soiled, damaged, or altered, and that tags and labels are intact.

Unless the return is due to an error made by me, refunds will be for the purchase price only and will not include shipping, handling or insurance.

Please send return in original packaging by the manner of Postal Service received, and insured.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN BY UPS OR FEDEX. It will not be accepted.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds on knits (other than christening sets) will be made if postmarked WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
