TERRI'S KIDS: Christening Gowns and Knits

On January 30, 2009, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a one-year stay of enforcement for certain testing and certification requirements for manufacturers and importers of regulated products, including products intended for children 12 years old and younger. These requirements are part of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), which added certification and testing requirements for all products subject to CPSC standards or bans. However, the stay did not alter the requisite for children's products to comply with mandatory lead content and phthalates limitations.

All the materials used in Terri's Kids apparel are of the highest quality and fully comply with the requirements and limitations set forth by the CPSIA. Ornaments and ornamented fabrics are tested to make certain that they meet government standards and regulations. You can rest assured that Terri's Kids has the safety and well-being of your children as the first priority.
